CheckMarca is operated by a team specialized in industrial property, led by lawyers with specific experience in Law 19.039 and the INAPI process. We work 100% online but with personalized attention via WhatsApp.

Do you serve clients outside Santiago?

Yes, we serve entrepreneurs and companies throughout Chile and also from abroad (registrations from Chile via the Madrid Protocol). The entire process is remote — you don't need to come in person to any office.

What happens if INAPI rejects my trademark?

We respond to office actions at no additional cost as part of the service. If the trademark is ultimately not approved and we need to change strategy, we advise you on how to modify the trademark or choose another class so the new application has better chances.
